How To Setup Ap.Setup via WPS?

Alternatively, you have the option to configure the Wavlink Extender using the WPS method. To proceed with this approach, your router must possess WPS capability. Here’s a step-by-step guide on setting up the Wavlink Extender using WPS mode:

  1. Position both the extender and the router within the same room.
  2. Identify the WPS button on the Wavlink Range Extender (Repeater) and press and hold it for approximately 2 to 3 seconds until the indicator light begins to flash.
  3. Subsequently, press the WPS button on your router.
  4. Both the extender’s and the router’s WPS indicator lights will flash for approximately 10 to 15 seconds, indicating that a connection is being established.
  5. Once a successful connection is established between the devices, the WPS light on the router will cease flashing, while the WPS light on the repeater will remain steady.
