Using WPS Button to Setup SignalTech WiFi Extender
The WPS method is used to install the SignalTech WIFI Extender. The following is a step-by-step procedure.
- First, connect the extender to your router so that you may use both the router and the SignalTech Booster simultaneously.
- Wait for the SignalTech Booster to turn on before proceeding.
- Proceed to the following step once the Power Light is steady.
- Check to see whether your router has a WPS button and turn it on. The WPS button is usually found on the backside of your router.
- Once you’ve identified the WPS button, press it on your router first, then on your SignalTech WIFI Booster within 2 minutes. The WPS is on the front of the SignalTech WIFI Booster.
- Wait two minutes; once the second light signals the router has turned on, your Extender is linked to your router.
- If the WPS connection fails, it’s conceivable that WPS was turned off in the router’s settings. Check your work and go through the process again.

Using http://Myrepeater.net to Setup SignalTech WiFi Extender
This is a setup for an extender that is based on a URL. Follow the procedure step by step.
- Turn on the SignalTech Extender by plugging it into an electrical socket.
- Connect your computer/phone to the SignalTech Extender and open a web browser.
- Type http://myrepeater.net or 192.168.10.1 in the Address bar and press Enter. There will be a login screen.
- Enter “admin” and “admin” in the Username and Password fields. Because the password is case sensitive, make sure you use the same case.
- After logging in successfully, select either “Access Point” or “Repeater mode.”
- Select the chosen mode and go to the next step. The next page will ask for the WiFi network to which the SignalTech Extender should be connected (In case of Repeater mode).
- Enter the WIFI password and click Connect.
- A Successfully Connected notification will appear on the screen.
